Tennessee Senator Stacey Campfield must be giddy that the anti-gay bill he's been trying to push through his state legislature for six years finally made a breakthrough. A senate panel advanced the bill late last week.
The bill would make it illegal to discuss any sexual behavior in school other than heterosexuality prior to the ninth grade.
